Three Forks, Montana // 8-10 & 16-17 September
Three Forks was a favourite of the kids and a great little KOA. The standout for the kids was a retro, self-built playground which was borderline treacherous. Not suitable for toddlers but perfect for tweens. We stayed here two nights on the way north and again for one night on the way back south from Glacier. The town of Three Forks was about five minutes away and on our first stay we managed to catch some of the high school regional rodeo as it was a Saturday. Good fun!
