St Mary, Montana // 11-14 September
We stayed in St Mary for three nights to visit Glacier National Park. St Mary is on the east side of the park, and even though the official park season finished just as we were arriving it was still tricky getting RV park reservations. East Glacier was closer to the areas we wanted to visit, and the more popular West Glacier was even harder to find availability. Heart of Glacier RV Park was basic but just minutes from the St Mary Visitor Center and the east entrance to Going-to-the-sun Road.
