We had a huge day at Kennedy Space Center, it was fantastic, the exhibits were impressive with lots of interactives which the kids really enjoyed. The enormous scale of the rocket and shuttle displays was jaw-dropping. We had been checking the launch schedules but unfortunately the timing didn’t work out. We’d been too far away while in Tampa and now there was a gap until mid July. Robin was very disappointed. Even though we didn’t see a launch the Kennedy Space Center was an amazing experience. There were new exhibits since Robin and I has last visited, including the Atlantis shuttle and Gateway (about the future of space travel).
