In Albuquerque we visited the National Petroglyph Monument and checked out the historic Town Square. The historic Route 66 also passes through Albuquerque so there are lots of signs to mark the route.
Route 66…
Petroglyph National Monument… We did a short trail and spotted many of the hundreds of petroglyphs which are around 400-700yrs old. It was a stunning day and there were a few patches of snow on the ground. Just enough to make a few icy snowballs.
Historic Old Town… Lots of dried chillies!
