Wabasha, Minnesota // 21-23 August
We stopped at Wabasha on our way to Minneapolis to visit the National Eagle Center. Big River Resort & RV was on the outskirts of this quaint little town. It was a small RV park, alongside a small hotel, and it was lovely. Right beside a lush cornfield (the corn was about 6 feet high!), a super tidy campground with lush green grass, shady trees, little black and grey squirrels darting around, and the nicest bathrooms we have come across so far. Wabasha was a great little place to stop, we made use of the library and post office, wandered along the riverfront (Wabasha is on the banks of the great Mississippi) and checked out the Main Street.
