We had a local tip from one of the other RV park guests to check out the Cactus Garden Christmas lights. It’s a botanic garden of just cactus, and they certainly go to some trouble to put up so many lights. It was fun to start to get a bit Christmassy. Then we had tickets to see Postcard from Earth at the Sphere. The Sphere had only been open about a month and the outside was so impressive we were keen to experience it.

Inside are futuristic displays and access to the different levels to the seating in the auditorium.
The seating inside is incredibly steep, a little vertigo inducing, and the screen curves up and over our heads. Incredible! The Postcard from Earth film was totally immersive.
