Nevada // 1 November
Valley of Fire is Nevada’s first State Park. We stopped in at the Visitor Center then took a drive, spotting some big horn sheep, and did the White Domes hike. Several movies have been filmed in the White Domes area, including one of the Star Trek films.
The Visitor Center had a cute little desert garden at the front…

White Domes hike… Even in November it was still quite warm on the hike. Luckily it was cool in the shade. We stopped for a picnic break after our hike.
