Alamogordo, New Mexico // 16-18 February
Enjoyed the small town of Alamogordo for a couple of nights so we could visit White Sands National Park. It was worth almost being blown away in the crazy winds to visit the frozen custard stand. Also discovered Pistachio World, home of the big pistachio, so of course couldn’t miss that! Very dry, barren area with great views of the Sacramento Mountains.
